Cancelation and return policy

Return Provisions:

    • The return is only for goods that are damaged, that do not work properly, or that do not match the description on the website or mobile application within 24 hours from the date of receipt, and the customer will be refunded the price of the item in addition to the shipping cost that they paid at the time of purchase.

    • It is not possible to return the ordered products if they are received, unless it is proven that they were damaged due to a reason beyond the control of the customer

    • In the event that the item is counterfeit, we are obligated to refund the price of the item in addition to the shipping cost.

    • You have 3 days before the booked date to cancel the reservation of the services and get a full refund

    • When a request is made to cancel the service and return the paid amount within less than 3 days, a percentage of the paid amount will be deducted, determined by the service provider

Return Requirements

    • Please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item or incomplete order during the shipping process. The relevant team will evaluate the case and provide you with a return mechanism.

    • Proof of purchase by order number and electronic invoice.

    • Provide us with a method of refunding the value of the product or service that suits you, and any additional information that follows.

    • Or you can follow the return steps from the website or application within 24 hours of receiving the damaged product or the incomplete order during the shipping process.

    • After receiving the product from you through the shipping company or Treatab’s representative, the specialized team will examine the product to be returned or replaced within a maximum of (7) working days, assess the damage and report the product return and return the paid amount.

    • You can cancel the reservation of services from our website or mobile application at least 3 days before the reservation date, and get your money back through the specified regular methods within (7) working days from the date of canceling the service reservation.

When can products and services be returned to Treatab?

    • You can return products to Treatab within 24 hours from the date they were delivered to you only if they are damaged or do not match the description on the site or application by communicating through the official channels or email support@treatab.com .

    • After 24 hours of receiving products, we will not be able to accept returns. In this case, we advise you to contact the entity responsible for the product or the seller.

    • You can cancel the reservation of services 3 days before the date of the reservation and get a full refund

    • When a request is made to cancel the service and return the paid amount within less than 3 days prior to the date of booking the service, a percentage of the paid amount will be deducted, determined by the service provider.

How to send the product to be returned to Treatab?

We will arrange an appointment to receive the product to be returned within 7 days of submitting the request, and you will be contacted by the relevant department. If you do not respond, we will have to cancel the return request.
