Shipping and delivery Policy
• Please note that the official business days of Treatab are from Saturday to Thursday and Friday, as well as holidays and public vacations are considered off-days for all Treatab employees and shipping companies.
• Our first mission is to provide you with the best online shopping experience, which is why we have made the shipping and delivery process easier for you because your convenience is our priority.
• Treatab delivers your orders through a specialized team, but other delivery companies or associates may be used at peak times to confirm your service and deliver your orders in a timely manner.
• Delivery is carried out on the same day as possible, otherwise delivery will take place on another day, considering your geographical area.
• In the event that any product or commodity is requested, delivery will take place after at least four hours from the time of the request - during the early hours - in the event that the store is located in the same city, taking into account the nature of the product and the ability to deliver it quickly.
• Treatab team provides you with the possibility of express delivery, please contact our customer service to know the service details.
• Your signature on the invoice copy will be required to confirm receipt of the products as indicated on the invoice. The order will be delivered to the address registered in the order, and the signature of any person present at this address will be considered your personal receipt of the order
• In the event that Treetab team or the delivery company arrives at the address registered to you and no one is there, another delivery date will be set after you contact customer service, and in the event that you are not present for the second time, an additional delivery fee will be charged.
Delivery Fees
• Delivery charges for an order from a single store in the same city are determined by the store or seller within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Delivery fees for ordering from one store outside the city determined by the store or seller inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Cash on delivery service in all cities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is available with an additional charge of 5 Saudi Riyals.
• Treetab provides a free delivery service for orders in specific areas or specific products that can be identified by browsing the products.
Delivery Schedule
• We provide daily delivery service, except for Fridays and official holidays in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Orders from the same store city within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will be delivered on the same day or the next day at the latest.
• Orders from outside the store city inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will be delivered within 3-5 working days
Important Delivery Information
• The customer is required to sign the purchase receipt document.
• Treatab guarantees you the safety of the order from theft and damage from the moment it leaves the store until the moment of delivery. The site is not responsible for the product after signing the receipt document.
• Shipping is carried out by Aramex, Clex, Flamingo, or another delivery service to areas within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• A guide is used for identifying approximate delivery times from the moment the order is dispatched and Treetab is not responsible for any delays that may occur.
• A fee may be added to the shipping cost of the order if the place of delivery is located in a remote area within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• In the event that you wish to cancel or return your order, please go to the Cancellation and Return Policy page and follow the steps mentioned there.
• Please note that if your order has already been sent and you wish to cancel it, you must wait until it reaches you and then proceed with the return procedures.
