You have the right to register as a buyer, supplier, store, medical or dermatology services center or influencer and benefit from the services and features of our online platform Treatab and its mobile application if you have the following eligibility:

• You must be of legal age to be able to purchase products and services in your country of residence

• To be able to provide an address within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to receive products or benefit from services

• To have a commercial company registered in accordance with the laws of your state

• You must have a valid commercial license

• To be able to provide evidence of the authorization of individuals who register on Treatab platform or use it under your account

• Provide proof of identity to the authorized person

• Submit your bank details

• You acknowledge and agree that some additional requirements may apply to certain categories of products

• To have a commercial company registered in accordance with the laws of your state

• You must have a valid commercial license

• That you can provide evidence of the authorization of individuals who register on Treatab platform or use it under your account

• Provide proof of identity to the authorized person

• Submit your bank details

• You acknowledge and agree that some additional requirements may apply to certain categories of products

• To have a commercial company registered in accordance with the laws of your state

• You must have a valid commercial license

• That you can provide evidence of the authorization of individuals who register on Treatab platform or use it under your account and what qualifies them to carry out their tasks under your account

• Provide proof of identity to the authorized person

• Submit your bank details

• You acknowledge and agree that some additional requirements may apply to certain categories of services

• To be of legal age to be able to benefit from the services and features of Treatab platform and to provide constructive content

• Provide proof of personal identity

• Provide proof of identity to the person authorized to manage your account, if any

To register on our online platform Treatab and our websites or its mobile application, you will need to provide some information, and your registration will not be accepted if all the required information is not provided.

Once you have successfully completed your registration, your subscription will continue for an indefinite period, subject to the possibility of suspending or canceling your access and use of the services, canceling an order for any products, or deleting content provided by you at our sole discretion without prejudice to any of your rights or remedies or without any liability to you.

All of your posts on the Treatab platform or your submissions, including but not limited to questions, criticisms, comments, suggestions, ratings, and publications (collectively, "Posts") become our sole and exclusive property, and in no way belong to you.     • Post unsolicited messages or electronic communications or the like.

    • Spread viruses or other technologies that may harm our Services or the interests or property of other users.

    • Violate any copyright, trademark, patent, moral, advertising, database, and/or other intellectual property rights (collectively, "Intellectual Property Rights") relating to or licensed to us.

    • Violation of any intellectual property rights relating to third parties.

    • Collecting users' information without their consent or circumventing any of the technical procedures we use to provide the Services.

Please note that in some cases, an application may not be approved for a variety of reasons. The site administrators reserve the right to refuse or cancel any request for any reason at any time. These terms and conditions shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and when a dispute arises, it shall be resolved through arbitration, and the place of arbitration shall be in the United Arab Emirates, specifically the city of Dubai, and shall be under the Saudi arbitration system, and the parties agree to grant the right to appoint the arbitrator to Treatab platform.

In addition to any legal or equitable relief, we may immediately, without notice, rescind these Terms and Conditions or terminate any or all of your rights granted under the Terms and Conditions. Subject to any termination of this Agreement, you must immediately cease visiting and using our Treatab online platform, websites and mobile application, and we may immediately revoke, as well as any legal or equitable relief, all passwords, passwords or other identification methods of yours, and reject any visit or use our websites and their mobile application, in whole or in part. Any revocation of this Agreement shall not affect all rights and obligations (including, but not limited to, payment obligations) of the parties issued prior to the date of revocation. You also agree that Treatab will no longer be liable to you or any other individual as a result of the suspension or invalidation of our websites and mobile application. If you are not satisfied with any of its terms, conditions, regulations, policies or guidelines, then your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop using Treatab Online Platform, its affiliate sites, and its mobile application.
